Before your appointment
6 Steps to prepare for your airbrush tan
Be sure to wear loose fitting clothing to your appointment
Avoid using moisturizers and other beauty products on your skin prior to your appointment
Exfoliate at least 4 hours before your appointment
Complete any other beauty services prior to your tan ex. taxing, hair salon, nails.
Shower several hours before your spray tan appointment
Book your appointment 2 days before an event.
During your
airbrush
tan
Spray tans are typically done in a private setting where clients are given the option to undress to their comfort level. While its common for people to fully undress for the best and most even coverage, clients can choose to wear whatever they feel comfortable with, such as underwear or a bikini. We ensure privacy and respect during the process, making it a comfortable experience for everyone. The goal is to achieve a natural-looking tan while maintaining a sense of comfort and modesty for you. You and your spray tan artist will collaborate to determine your undertones and what solution would be best for you. The artist will spray you with the solution and give you clear directions through - out the process.
After your tan
Once your tan is complete you will be given a hand dryer to assist in drying down the tan. Be sure to wear loose fitting clothing for 4-6 hour. There will be some transfer onto the clothing but our solution does not permanently stain fabric. Stay away from moisture for at least 4 hours and take your first shower 6-8 hours after your appointment. Moisturize with oil- free moisturizer to maintain the tan. Avoid steam rooms and strong exfoliation. Enjoy!
